RSPCA shop in Castleton celebrates first birthday

The RSPCA shop in Castleton celebrated its first birthday on Tuesday (23 September) and hit £300 for the day’s takings.
The day’s celebrations included a sale in which all clothing was £1, a raffle and party food.
Shirley Mellor, shops area coordinator for RSPCA Rochdale said: “The day was a huge success. We had several new customers and also had some fantastic donations. The staff and volunteers worked very hard to make it a success.”
