Evening of Music:
The Music Department are hosting an Evening of Music at Hollingworth on Thursday 16 October 2014 at 6.30pm. Free tickets are available through WisePay.

Ex-2014 Year 11 pupils can collect their GCSE Art, Graphics and Textiles work from the 11 November until 5 December.

Email klewis@hollingworthacademy.co.uk or contact Reception leaving your name, contact number, Art teacher’s name, the date and time you will be collecting your work.

Alternatively work will be available to collect on GCSE Presentation Evening, Wednesday 12 November. Any work NOT collected by the deadline date will be disposed of. Thank you.

Motivators’ Club:
A reminder to all Mowtivators that the Gardening Club has restarted on Wednesdays from 2.50pm to 3.50pm (in Room 122) - it is time to dig up those potatoes! New members are welcome from all year groups.

Maths Club:
Maths Club is opening again on Mondays for pupils in Year 7 and 8 from 2.50pm to 3.50pm in Room 105. In the past there have been lots of fun activities such as treasure hunts, code breaking, bridge building and more. If you have any questions, please ask any of your Maths teachers who can give you more information.

Morrison’s’ Let’s Grow Campaign 2014:
Morrison’s have launched their Let’s Grow Campaign for 2014. Anyone wishing to contribute can place their vouchers in the collection box in the LRC.

Art Department:
The Art Department are offering a Mini Art Pack to KS3 and KS4 pupils. If you are interested, please ask your Art teacher for a letter.

Diary Dates:
16 October - Evening of Music.
24 October - School closes for half term.
3 November - School re-opens.
