Arrests/Warrants
A male from Middleton was arrested for threats to kill and was bailed to re-appear on 10 November at Bury Custody Office.
A male from Middleton was arrested for racially/religiously aggravated common assault, criminal damage, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and possession of a controlled cass B drug (cannabis). Hearing was set for 16 October at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

- Theft from motor vehicle (TFMV) 1 Heywood – 4 Middleton
- Theft of motor vehicle (TOMV) 1 Heywood – 1 Middleton
- Burglary – 7 Heywood - 9 Middleton
- Burglary OTD (Sheds & Garages) – 2 Heywood - 1 Middleton

Police are continuing to get reports of domestic burglary whereby the offenders are letting themselves in through unlocked doors and windows.
Lock your doors and windows even if you are inside the property. Opportunists won’t think twice.
