HGV driver trapped in cab after serious accident on M62

Emergency services are trying to release a man trapped in an HGV after a serious accident involving three HGVs on the M62.
The North West Air Ambulance is at the scene.
Just one lane remains open on the eastbound carriageway of the M62 between junctions 20 and 21. The J21 east bound entry slip road is also closed.
Delays are expected for some time.
