Drink driver crashes
Kirsty Hardman crashed through the fence of a house in Smithybridge on Saturday (22 November) after she lost control of her car.
Ms Hardman (13/09/82) failed a breathalyzer test and is due to appear before Bury Magistrates Court on 11 December.
A police spokesman confirmed that police were called to Laurels Drive at 3:40am to reports that a woman had lost control of her car and crashed it.
It is understood that Ms Hardman lives less than half a mile from the scene of the crash and was driving home from a friend’s house at the time of the incident.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
