Red-aid Valentines disco raises £300

Red-Aid hosted a fundraising event at Redwood School in Rochdale on Tuesday (10 February).
Over 100 Redwood School staff, students, parents, governors and friends helped to raise nearly £300 over two hours at the Valentines disco.
Families enjoyed homemade cakes, hotdogs, drinks, good company and a disco with love in the air.
Red-Aid is a new charity based in Rochdale to help young people up to the age of nineteen with learning needs or disabilities and to support their parents and carers above and beyond what the council or services can provide.
If you would like to donate you can give by text. Text RED10£ followed by the amount you want to donate (between £1-10) to 70070.
