Window damaged at 25Ten Boutique
A window has been damaged at 25Ten boutique on Church Street, Littleborough.
The incident is believed to have happened between 5pm on Saturday 14 March and 10am on Sunday 15 March.
It is currently unclear what exactly happened but owner Kelly Turner has been told by an emergency glazier that it would be very difficult for someone to cause such damage to the window just using physical force.
Ms Turner said: “It's an inconvenience that any business could do without, especially when damage such as this impacts on cash flow. Whilst we do have insurance, we also have policy excesses to pay as a result.
“As a former bank, the glass is reinforced laminated glass which is apparently unbreakable/shatter-proof. Nonetheless the damage is still a costly inconvenience.”
Police have stated that no arrests have yet been made and enquiries are ongoing.
