Moorland fire on Rooley Moor
Fire crews attended a moorland fire on Rooley Moor on Wednesday (22 April).
Once at the scene, crews used beaters and a Softrak to extinguish the fire.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that around a square mile of moorland was on fire during the incident.
Crews left the scene at around 1pm.
