Tim Fairley and Pat Rice, directors of PDS, completed the Granfondo Stelvio Santini, a 151.3km cycling challenge in Northern Italy, on Sunday 7 June and raised an outstanding £11,140 for Springhill Hospice.

Tim and Rice appreciated the breath-taking views at the top of the Stelvio - catching a snap of Springhill Hospice mascot ‘Springy’, who accompanied them on their excursion - but were pleased to have completed the challenge.

Tim commented: “Hardest day of my life.”

Pat added: “Long hot day in the saddle, but job done now."

A Springhill Hospice spokesperson said: “From the Santa Dash to Business Buddies, Go Green and now this amazing cycle ride, your fundraising is just phenomenal. We are honoured to have your support.”
