Amjad Mahmood (07/02/1972) of Grove Street, Rochdale has been charged with child sex offences as part of Greater Manchester Police's ongoing sex offence investigation.
Mahmood has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and five counts of sexual activity with a child. He has been bailed to appear before Rochdale and Bury Magistrate's Court on Tuesday 14 July 2015.
The offences took place between 2010 and 2013 when the victim was aged between 12 and 15.
