Messy Church at St Thomas

Date published: 22 November 2015

St Thomas’ Church in Kirkholt held their Messy Church event on Saturday.

Held every month at the church, Messy Church is a way of families to have fun with Christian centred activities based on creativity, hospitality and celebration.

Reverend Angela Bryan said: “It has been good. It has been quiet but good.”

The first hour of the event included board games, story telling and packing shoe boxes for Operation Christmas child.

The second hour of the event was more of a celebration and included singing and dancing.

Those in attendance then got to enjoy sausage and mash for lunch.
