James Cannings joins Hornets office staff
The Hornets office has seen a new signing in recent weeks, with the addition of James Cannings in a customer service role.
James will pick up alot of the tasks formerly done by Nicola Webster and Claire Compston (nee Godding).
Claire left over 12 months ago to join Shaw Mitchell Accountants and the club wasn’t in a financial position to re-fill the post. Claire returned voluntarily for the Salford game to help show James the ropes and he is now ready to fly solo.
James, 18, will be the members and supporters first port of call for any day to day enquiries and will be actively working to ensure customer service levels are the best they can be.
He will also be studying for his Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship as well as continuing through the police recruitment process.
