  • Year 8 (Sponsored by the Wheatsheaf Centre) St Annes v Wardle (Kick Off 5pm)
  • Year 9 (Sponsored by TBA Protective Technologies) St Annes v St Cuthberts (Kick Off 6pm)
  • Year 10 (Sponsored by TBA Protective Technologies) St Cuthbert's v Hollingworth (Kick Off 7pm)

Hornets Foundation Head of Community partnerships Alan Kilshaw commented: “We are really happy that Spotland will host these finals, adding prestige to the rugby league competitions in the area.

The work the community coaches are doing in the schools for the Hornets Foundation has started to reinvigorate schools rugby league at both Primary and Secondary age groups and having a finals evening this year is hopefully just the tip of the iceberg.

We want to have all the schools involved playing rugby league and feeding into the community clubs and Hopwood Hall College Rugby Academy so there is a pathway to the very top of rugby league.

We would like to thank our sponsors, The Wheatsheaf Centre and TBA Protective Technologies, who without their donations we wouldn’t have been able to run these competitions.”

Entry is free through main reception with a voluntary donation to the club’s charitable foundation would be gratefully received.
