Rugby League: Three Mayfield players in Lancashire squad

Aidan Gleeson, Callum Ogden and Setgreki Tala, from Rochdale Mayfield, are all in the Lancashire squad for the BARLA Tri Series County Championship.

Lancashire head coach Paul Wingfield said: "The final squad blends experience and youth and includes both NCL and NWML based players.

"It shows that the system is working and that the amateur game is developing pathways for players and coaches to progress, which is of great importance to the game at this time and is something that the whole of rugby league will benefit from long term."
