Cycling: Chris Green ninth in the Seacroft Wheelers road race
Date published: 27 March 2017
Chris Green rode the Seacroft Wheelers road race on Sunday - a 61-mile race on a fairly flat circuit just west of Selby in Yorkshire.
Chris was in the thick of the racing throughout and was placed ninth out of a full field in the final sprint.
Also on Sunday, Darryl Nolan put his bike to one side and organised the 200km Chirk Audax Ride - a pleasant ride through the Cheshire lanes which Karen Bailey, Georgina Cape, Phil Booth, Frank Hassall and Stuart Duggan all completed in approximately eight hours riding time.
