Rochdale Football Club is aiming to strengthen the club’s relationship with community groups across the Rochdale Borough by inviting members of/representatives from nominated community groups to attend a game as special guests of the board of directors, with a different group selected for each of Rochdale’s 23 league matches.
Russ Green, Chief Executive, said: “We’re asking the town to back the team so it’s only right that the team back the town.
“It’s really important to us as a club that we continue building strong relationships in the community and we hope this gesture will allow us to do that.”
