Rugby Union: Littleborough U15s 67 – 7 Glossop
Date published: 30 October 2018
Littleborough Under 15s picked up from where they left off from with a convincing 67-7 victory against Glossop on Sunday (28 October).
The Derbyshire-based outfit could not live with Littleborough all day long and found themselves down early when two tries for Matthew Gibson, scrum half Jack Bennetta and Tom Mills gave Littleborough total control.
Further tries from the likes of centre Nyall Hensby and a second for Bennetta brought the scoreline just short of the half century on 47.
A try for Glossop was nothing short of a consolation as the home side continued to keep their feet on the necks of their opponent.
This time Tom McAree scored two in a short period, Hensby completed his brace and Gibson found the whitewash for his well-deserved hat-trick.
