Rochdale Sports Club named North West under 19 squash champions

Rochdale Sports Club under 19s squash team
A team from Rochdale Sports Club has won the Under 19 North West Counties Squash League for the first time in more than 25 years.
The finals were held at the National Squash Centre in Manchester on Sunday 21 May and the team won all legs of both matches with an impressive 8/0 scoreline.
A spokesperson from Rochdale Sports Club said: "The team narrowly missed out last season so it was great to finally achieve success. Congratulations to all players involved, not just the players who were on court on finals day."
The second team also made the finals of their division and competed well, but faced strong opposition but should be proud of their performances.
