New Dale directors

Date published: 28 October 2012

Graham Rawlinson, Bill Goodwin and John Smallwood have taken up associate directors posts at Spotland

Chairman, Chris Dunphy told the club's official website: "We have been looking to strengthen our numbers in the boardroom and I am delighted to welcome Graham, Bill and John to an official role within the club as they are all supporters and each of them has, and will, make a positive contribution to the club.

"Graham has been with the club before and has been very involved in recent months by bringing his particular area of expertise in the licensing trade as we secured the tenancy of the Ratcliffe Suite and Bars. Bill Goodwin is a solicitor in the town and a man that I have known for a long time. Bill will bring to the club his professional knowledge, which is an area that I have been looking to cover for some time.

"John Smallwood has already contributed to the club by giving freely of his time and assisting in a number of projects including the training ground, services procurement and Football in the Community."

"It is very important for a club at our level to have people willing to contribute their time to assist the club."
