Rochdale manager Keith Hill and his assistant Chris Beech have signed new contracts to keep them with Dale until the summer of 2018.
Hill, 45, returned for a second spell in charge of Dale in January 2013.
Beech, 40, has been his number two since May last year.
"What we've achieved makes me proud and it makes my family proud as well," said Hill.
"The DNA of this football club is part of my family.
"The football club is run by people who have the same values and family values that I have. It makes me immensely proud of what we've achieved and what the players have achieved."
Their contracts had been due to run out in the summer of 2016.
Beech, who had been youth-team coach before being promoted to assistant, added: "This contract will take me past 10 years of consecutive service at the club and I'm very grateful for the opportunities that Rochdale have offered me."
