Top honours for Dojo Karate Centre members

Date published: 04 April 2015

Outstanding was how Sensei Irfan Ansari, the Chief Instructor of The Dojo Karate Centre, described the performance of Natalie Dean, Raihaan Urfan, James Lord and Chris Mills.

Natalie Dean, already a world champion, finally took the time to focus on her belt progression to achieve Black Belt 2nd Dan.

Raihaan Urfan, James Lord and Chris Mills all performed "excellently" to gain their much sought after Black Belt 1st Dan.

Sensei Ansari said: "Whilst many have tried, only a few succeed on their way to Black Belt as many don’t have the perseverance to stay the course. They are great example for others to not give up in the pursuit of excellence."
