Under sevens Rugby League is flourishing in Rochdale
Date published: 03 August 2015
Following generous grants from Rugby League Cares, the charitable arm of the Rugby Football League, three new teams have been established in Rochdale to encourage participation amongst young boys and girls.
Rochdale Cobras, Littleborough ARLFC, and Mayfield Mustangs have all established teams and have seen a great response from children who are interested in the sport.
Children can still get involved by attending one of the teams training sessions.
Rochdale Cobras U7s train at Firgrove Playing Fields from 18:00 - 19:00 on Mondays
Littleborough ARLFC train at Littleborough RUFC from 18:00 - 19:00 on Fridays
Mayfield Mustangs U7s train at Mayfield Sports Centre from 11:00 - 12:00 on Saturday mornings.
