Our team of experts can act on your behalf and liaise with your creditors for you. What’s more, all of our staff follows the Debt Resolution Forum code of conduct and the Financial Conduct Authority regulation. This means that we offer the highest standards of service in the debt management industry and we will ensure that you are completely satisfied.

Tasks:
•Answering phone.
•Filing.
•Photo copying/scanning.
•Dealing with customers.
•Working on web content management system to ensure it is up to date. Update creditor information.
•Adding new products to website.
•It inputting, shredding.
•Emails and post processing.
•Balance chasing.
•Contacting creditors.
•Customer service (inbound).
•Any other duties in line with the business needs.

•Must work well in a team and be happy to work alone at times.
•The successful candidate will have a good work ethic and be reliable.
•Strong communication skills.
•Excellent I.T skills with particular emphasis on excel.
•Clear communicator both orally and written.
•Good telephone manner.

Qualifications required
•A good standard of English and Maths, ideally GCSE grades A to C (preferable) or equivalent.

£3.50 per hour rising to £4 after successfully completing 3 months.
