Join TLF Boot Camp for a one off sports day in aid of Sport Relief! Reminisce them School days and have some fun raising money for charity, events include: Wheelbarrow race, 3-legged race, Egg & spoon, tyre throwing, a TLF obstacle course and more. £50 worth of Bootcamp is up for grabs to the winner of the most races and complimentry Bootcamps for 2nd & 3rd. You will recieve 50% off your next Bootcamp just for participating. Bring your Friends/Family along for support! **All monies will go to Sport relief**

Come along, bring your family and meet with your friends to enjoy one of the good, old fashioned "Sports Days" in aid of Sport Relief. The teams will be of 3 to 10 people and all competitors must be at least 16 years of age. There will be egg & spoon races, 3 legged races, wheelbarrow races, sack races, sprint races, obstacle races and many, many more.

There will be a refreshment stall and plenty of free parking. 80% of the profits will go to the Sport Relief Charity.

This event is run by TLF Fitness, in conjunction with the Friends of Springfield Park Ltd group.

Meet at 10:00am in the cul de sac at the bottom of Old Manchester Rd to arrange car sharing or at 11:00am at Rivington Barn, GR SD 629 139. Take A58 Bolton Ring Rd ( or M61 jtn 6 /A6027) then A673 thro Horwich to roundabout, then short right to Rivington Barn. Moderate 7ml walk. Leader: Alan Cross 01706 368826 

The Ramblers’ Association aims to encourage walking, protect rights of way, increase access on foot to uncultivated land and defend the beauty of the countryside. Walking boots and suitable clothing are advised for all walks. Leaders may turn away walkers who are not adequately dressed for the conditions. A packed lunch is advised for day walks and snack/drink for half day ones. For more information on a walk, please contact the walks leader.

Steve Garside is a Rochdale-born selftaught visual artist, poet and published writer. His landscape paintings for this exhibition have been inspired by photographs collected from people across the globe that he has met on Facebook, the social networking site.

At least 16 layouts, plus Trade Supports, light refreshments, licensed bar, free parking, access for disabled.

Tandem Parachute Jump at Lancaster Airfield, in conjunction with Skyline and the Black Knights Parachute Team.

Walk 1). 12 Mile Walk to the North of Watergrove Resevoir.

Walk 2) 6 Mile Walk round Watergrove Reservoir.

Both Walks will start & finish at Wardle High School, Birch Road, Rochdale, OL12 9RD.
Parking will be available at the School. Water & biscuits will be supplied at the half way point of the longer walk. Tea and Biscuits will be available for all at the finish. Emergency Medical cover will be in support and RAYNET will provide continuous
radio contact. Wardle High School will be open from 08:30 for registration of the long walk, which will start at 09:30 with the last long walkers leaving no later than 10:30.
The latest leaving time for the short walk is 13:30. The school will close at 17:30 prompt.
