Location: Rochdale town centre
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Our conveyancing team is growing steadily and we are now looking for the next member of our busy Rochdale office team.
You will support our team in the progression of conveyancing transactions, ensuring customers and other third parties are kept updated. This role demands excellent communication and customer service skills, dealing with a broad range of customers.
You will initially, prepare draft contracts, deal with searches, exchange and completion letters and a wide range of correspondence in between. You must have excellent attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills gained from previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office environment. You will enjoy working as part of a team and under pressure.
A legal qualification is not essential, but you must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in building a career within Conveyancing.
Salary will vary dependent upon experience but start between £12,000 to £18,000.
