Details:

We need to change the way health and social care services are delivered because the system cannot continue as it is - you can help us plan and make those changes.

We need your help to transform local services over the next five years.

The local NHS and Council are inviting people from the borough to come along to one of two 'have your say' interactive events where you can learn about transformation plans and say what you think is important.

'Have your say' daytime event (Tuesday 21st March 2017, 9.15am to 4.00pm) at Middleton Arena, LCpl Joel Halliwell VC way, Middleton, Greater Manchester, M24 1AG

'Have your say' evening event (Thursday 23rd March 2017, 5.30pm to 7.30pm) at Multi-Cultural Arts and Media, Deen House, Station Road, Rochdale, OL11 2DS
