Find out about plans to transform health and social care in Rochdale borough.

Drop in to our Locality Plan Roadshows being held this month in Rochdale to give us your views on plans to transform health and social care in the borough.

The Rochdale Locality Plan Roadshows are taking place:

  • Wednesday 21 March 2018, Ground Floor, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, 10am-3pm.
  • Thursday 22 March 2018, Ground Floor, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, 10am - 3pm 

The roadshows are an opportunity to talk about the Locality Plan with representatives from Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMR CCG) and Rochdale Borough Council. They want to talk to local people about how changes to health and social care might affect them.

The Locality Plan is the blueprint for how health and social care in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale will be transformed over coming years.
