Details:
Rochdale Jujitsu White Tiger would like to invite women to their women's self-defence class. The class will be held on Saturday 10 June 2023 at 2 Fit 2 Quit. There will be a whole section taught by a female instructor and will cover several aspects of dealing with unwanted situations.
Class is 3hrs for £15,
No experience necessary, no pressure, no throwing and no rolling around on the ground, because let's face it, it's the last place you want to be if you're being attacked.
