National recognition for Whitestone Solicitors

Date published: 27 September 2016

Whitestone Solicitors in Rochdale has been awarded a mark of excellence by a national not-for-profit group which campaigns on behalf of injured people.

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) is dedicated to improving the law for people who have been made ill or injured through no fault of their own, and who need help to put their lives back on track.

Whitestone Solicitors can now display APIL’s accreditation logo, which illustrates the high level of experience and expertise in the firm.

Margaret Bailey-Tsavalas, who is an accredited brain injury and clinical negligence specialist from Whitestone Solicitors, said: “We work very hard to ensure injured people receive the justice they need and deserve, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our dedication and the wealth of experience we bring to those in need of legal assistance.”

APIL president Neil Sugarman said: “To have an accreditation logo demonstrates that a law firm has reached APIL’s high standards of practice. We don’t simply hand out the quality marks. Firms must prove themselves. Injured people will be in safe hands with Whitestone Solicitors which has successfully fulfilled the accreditation criteria. APIL will continue to support Whitestone Solicitors and provide on-going training and development in best practice, enabling injured people to get the justice to which they are entitled and to rebuild their lives.”
