RO Web Solutions launches Well-i-Hole Farm website

Date published: 14 February 2017

Rochdale Online's web development team - RO Web Solutions - has launched a new website for the Well-i-Hole Farm Caravan and Camping site in Greenfield, Saddleworth.

Customers can now find and book a pitch at the picturesque caravan and camping site with ease.

Steve Walsh and his partner Debbie McDonald became the new owners of Well-i-Hole Farm in September 2016, taking over from the Hadfield family who had run the site since 1923.

Mr Walsh said: “The old site was dowdy and hard to use. Everyone seems to like the new one.

“We, as the new owners, are looking to invest a great deal of money into the farm building and caravan site.”

The website has been created with a content management system, so Mr Walsh can update when needed.

Customers can also find out more information about Saddleworth and what’s on in the area, from live entertainment and local events to idyllic countryside walks and the history of the area.

Ian Kimber, of RO Web Solutions, said: “The new owner of the campsite wanted an up-to-date website with a modern, fresh feel.

“We focused on imagery and white space with a bright green and blue colour scheme to convey information in a clear and easy-to-find fashion.

“The site has already had bookings since it launched.”

Featuring a stylish and contemporary design, the website includes embedded videos, contact forms and maps with directions to be friendly to the user. The website also features a dynamic gallery with high resolution images and is mobile-friendly.
