Fireground Café under management of couple behind Littleborough's award-winning Busy Beans coffee house

Becky and Danny O'Neill will be running the Fireground Café
The Fireground Café at the Fireground museum of firefighting is now under the management of Becky and Danny O’Neill.
The husband and wife team have taken over the café as a second venture, following the success of their award-winning Littleborough coffee house, Busy Beans.
The Fireground café will offer a mouth-watering range of cakes, pastries, hot and cold snacks, sandwiches and barista-style coffees.
The café will be open five days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays when the museum is normally closed, and will also open from 8am on weekdays to cater for train and tram commuters as well as museum visitors.
Becky and Danny said: "We are super excited to take on this new adventure and we're really looking forward to welcoming customers old and new into our little coffee community.
We couldn't be happier to have this opportunity and we hope that you all enjoy what we have to offer."
Museum curator, Bob Bonner said: “We are thrilled to welcome Dan and Becky as our new operators and are already receiving some great feedback from customers, many of whom will already know them from their existing café in Littleborough.
“The extended opening hours now in place mean we can offer an improved service to our visitors and take-away customers.
“With exciting improvements being planned for the area around the railway station, Fireground Café and the fire museum will be key features of the redevelopment scheme.”
