Julie Harris-Webb to be interviewed by Chat and Spin radio

Date published: 04 September 2014

Julie Harris-Webb, from Littleborough Business Centre, will be making an appearance on Chat and Spin radio tomorrow afternoon (Friday 5 September).

Julie will be on the radio to promote the business centre's forthcoming Macmillan coffee morning.

Julie said: “I’m really looking forward to it. It is something I am very passionate about and I am looking forward to letting people know what we are planning to do for Macmillan.”

The radio station got in touch with Julie after seeing a poster advertising the event on the Macmillan website.

“They got in touch and asked us if it was something we would like to do to promote the event a bit more and it seemed like a good opportunity,” said Julie.

The Littleborough Business Centre, which opened in July, decided to hold the event to help raise money for Macmillan.

Julie added: “I think it is a cause that is close to everybody’s hearts. I think everyone knows someone affected by cancer and it is a good cause to support.”

The event will take place on Friday 26 September at the business centre between 10.30am and 12pm.

“We would just like to raise as much money as possible for the cause,” said Julie.

Julie will be interviewed live on air at 4.20pm tomorrow.
