Year 10 Netball
Well done to the Year 10 Netball Team who won their recent match against Holy Family 10-4.

It was a great effort from all the girls involved, with a special mention to Mrs Coley’s Player of the Match, Sarah England.

Congratulations to: Lily Mangan, Holly Birch, Sarah England, Liberty Davis, Anna Kershaw, Eve Thornsby, Jess Hughes, Jess Verity and Emma Hughes.

GCSE Dancers

During half-term Mrs Royle organised for some of the Year 10 & Year 11 GCSE dancers to perform at Pastures New Farm.

It was their Halloween Fright Night event and the students choreographed and performed a dance to Thriller.

They came into the studios over half term to rehearse and demonstrated excellent commitment and passion.

The charity at Pastures New were very thankful and a special mention to Drew Hurst (Year 8) who joined us to do special effect make-up on the dancers.

It was a fantastic event which got a lot of visitors asking if the students were from a dance school! Well done to all involved.
