Littleborough Churches Together annual Walk of Witness

On Sunday 15 May members of the Wardle Academy Band joined with Littleborough Churches Together for their annual Pentecost Walk of Witness.
The procession walked, marched and played for a mile and a half along Halifax Road from St Andrew’s Church, Dearnley to Hare Hill Park, Littleborough.
Other churches joined in along the way, ending with a short service of readings, hymns and prayers accompanied by Wardle Academy Band at Hare Hill Park Bandstand, with over 200 people joining in the celebrations.
