A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a collision with a lamppost on Blackstone Edge in Littleborough on Wednesday afternoon (19 June).
Police were called by the ambulance service shortly before 2.30pm to a report of a collision between a black Lexmoto Valiant motorcycle and a lamppost on Halifax Road between the Moorcock Inn and the White House.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.
