Man arrested following Counter Terrorism Police warrant

Hollin Lane was blocked by police
A 35-year-old man has been arrested following a warrant by the Counter Terrorism Police on Hollin Lane, Middleton (Wednesday 25 November).
The man has been arrested on suspicion of the using words or behaviour or display of written material – racial hatred, contrary to S18 Public Order Act 1986.
He remains in police custody for questioning.
