Heywood Cricket Club teams for the weekend

Date published: 29 June 2016

Heywood are forced to make several first team changes for their Greater Manchester Premier League trip to Glossop on Saturday.

Out are captain Chris Humphreys and his son Dominic, Liam Mason and Joe Lovell from the team which went down at Flixton last Saturday.

Into a side captained by Bobby Cross come Sean Burrill, Mikey Grogan, Chris Booth and Dale Latham – the latter making a return to action in his first senior appearance of the season.

Those call-ups naturally affect the second team, which is at home to Denton West on the same day, with several of the Club’s promising youngsters featuring.

Sunday action at Crimble sees the third XI host Stand.
