Salpietro and Harman steer Norden to victory

For the second time this season Daniel Salpietro and Simon Harman have steered Norden to a 10 wickets win.
Chasing a winning target of 185 at Clifton they knocked off the runs with more than 13 overs to spare.
Salpietro hit 107 and Harman 68.
Clifton's total was built round Dean Morris who scored 87. Martin Smith took four for 20.
On Sunday, Norden progressed to the third round of the LCB Knockout.
They dismissed Egerton for 108 (Simon North 4-10, Martin Smith 4-25) but were in trouble at 37 for six in reply.
Ollie Makin and Matthews Williams each scored 35 as Norden got home without further loss.
Makin achieved a hat-trick in his five for eight as Norden beat Middleton in a Tom Hardman T20 match on Friday night.
Norden will entertain Crompton in the next phase of the competition on 4 July.
