Science Competition:

Inspired by Darwin Day on the 12 February 2016, the Science department are hosting a competition in his honour. Your task is to produce one of the following; a facebook page for Charles Darwin, a blog written by Charles Darwin or a twitter profile for Charles Darwin. Hand your entry to your science teacher by the 22 February 2016.

History Educational Visit:

Letters for the Berlin visit have been handed out to Year10 & 9 students taking History. Attached to the letter is a detailed itinerary of all the interesting and exciting places we will visit. The visit is extremely popular each year and places will be secured on a first come first serve basis. Secure your place via WisePay.

The Challenge Club half termly meeting: Please come straight to the meeting as you will be registered in Room 209.

PGL 2016:

This is an adventure weekend, Friday 23 September to Sunday 25 September 2016. Pupils will have the opportunity to take part in activities such as high roping, team challenge, zip wire and initiative exercises at Boreatton Park, Shrewsbury. The places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and are subject to Head of Year approval. Anyone interested is to see Miss Crook.

Battlefields Visit 2016:

Please could all participants on this year's Battlefields trip bring in their passports and EHIC cards as soon as possible. Please hand them in to Mrs Stockton in pupil reception before school.
