Well done to 8NL for organising a cake sale in aid of Macmillan and raising an amazing £216.00.

Thank you to all that donated to Children in Need; we raised a fantastic £1185.01. Well done.

Debate Mate: Your turn to speak!

Are you ready to get your voice heard? Debate Mate is an after-school club that includes games and activities to get you thinking about important issues. It will improve your confidence, improve your reasoning skills and improve your speaking skills! Plus, it’s great fun! Those of you who wish to will have the opportunity to compete in debates against other schools and possibly even travel to London to debate!

Get involved, everyone’s welcome. Snacks are provided and we will be joined by students from the University of Manchester. We meet on Tuesdays in room 202 from 3:30pm-4:30pm. See you there! Miss Hawthornthwaite & Mrs Quigley

Table Tennis Club
Table Tennis Club will be on a Monday 3-4 pm. Any questions please see Mr Carter.

Indoor Rowing
Year 7 & 8 are to continue training on Thursday, 1.50pm – 2.50pm. Years 9, 10 & 11 are to train on Wednesday, 2.50-3.50pm.

Volleyball Club
Volleyball is open to all years and abilities, Mondays after school, 2.50-3.50pm, held in the Sports Hall.

Art Department:
The Art Department are offering a Mini Art Pack to KS3 and KS4 pupils. If you are interested, please ask your Art teacher for a letter.

Diary Dates:
19 December - School closes for Christmas Holidays
5 January - School Re-opens for the Spring Term
