Oldham man to appear in court on Rochdale rape charge

A man has been summonsed to court following a rape in Rochdale last year.
Phillip Leece, 30, of Oldham, has been summonsed to court to face a charge of rape.
He is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 25 February 2020.
Shortly after 5am on Sunday 31 March 2019, police were called to reports a woman had been raped in a wooded area near to the rear of Rochdale Town Hall.
