Marc has been with the company for 5 and a half years, starting as a Glass Collector, progressing onto Bar staff, later becoming Supervisor (1yr) & now Manager (3yrs).

He is very well mannered & polite, committed & loyal, honest & trustworthy.

He shows excellent interaction and communication with customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience and return to the bar.

Marc is very analytical both in business tasks and duties and in himself. He shares his experience with team members and uses it exceptionally well in reoccurring situations.

Marc makes individuals feel they have his fullest attention and quickly gains their respect and puts them at ease in his presence. His very personal touch works well with customers and his team.

He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in our sector and has successfully completed; BII personal license, First Aid, Customer service, training for trainers, drug awareness .... to mention a few.

If a difficult situation arises such a misplaced handbag, Mark remains calm and patient and this patience along with his interactive skills and logical approach not only rubs off on the customer but usually brings the situation to a positive outcome.
