Donna started her service at Ladies Only Ltd gym as a part time instructor in May 2006 and from the outset she was a conscientious member of staff, with a perfect attendance record and with a clear passion to do a brilliant job.

In July 2010 she was promoted to full time Gym Team Supervisor and has adapted quickly and efficiently taking on new duties without question.

She has the full respect of all the staff, including her own manager.

Donna has an incredible empathy with customers and judges no-one. She goes the extra mile every day, such as doing errands, writing out recipes, buying sweets for the children of a colleague, visiting clients in hospital, visiting incapacitated clients at home.

Everyone loves Donna and quite rightly so, she is one of those shining stars you don’t get the pleasure of meeting every day.

Donna has a natural approach with customers. She can communicate beautifully with clients of all ages and backgrounds and has a real willingness to help them.

She ‘lives the message’ by having a keen personal interest in health and fitness and trains in the gym, eats a good balanced diet and goes running.

Her supervisory style is very democratic and she naturally has the respect of all the staff when she allocates jobs. She is gently persuasive if someone needs encouragement, but can stand firm when necessary.
