The hour long service will be attended by local religious and civic leaders including The Mayor of Rochdale, the Bishop of Middleton, and the two local MPs (Tony Lloyd and Liz McInnes). The Address will be given by Reverend John Arnold, The Roman Catholic Bishop of Salford.
